Johnny has now formed a new partnership with Elise Bennett to become one of the best double acts around, together they make Coconut Grove one of the best beach bars in the Caribbean. Johnny is ever-present ensuring that the restaurant, that caters each evening to a maximum of 80 covers, has the most romantic ambience without being crowded or hurried.

Jean-Francois Bellenger, our talented French chef, has also been with Coconut Grove for 6 years. He ensures only the finest of ingredients goes into all the dishes and uses only the highest quality meat and fish. Jean-Francois boasts making one of the best lobster thermidor in the Caribbean. We also have an extensive wine list that compliments all our food.

Wesley, our ever-smiling bar tender brings a wealth of experience to The Grove. Together with his unique charm and warmth when greeting both first and old time visitors, he is a valuable asset to the bar. Why not try his rum punch or Coconut Grove smoothie.
